The response to our request for service was met promptly and the service, which involved more than the originally requested spring replacements, was performed on the spot and very professionally. Our Technician, Tyler was an excellent communicator and made us aware of issues with our 23 year old openers that we chose to also address. The work was performed efficiently and neatly. After reading the reviews online and on a friend's recommendation, we decided that Precision was the company to repair our garage door springs and rollers. We got an appointment the very next day and Randy the technician arrived exactly on time. Randy was extremely professional and friendly. He quickly identified the issues and within a few minutes presented us with several detailed options. Randy then got to work and within about an hour or so he had the garage door operating like a dream. Before leaving, Randy explained completely what he had done and gave me some quick maintenance tips. We are very satisfied with Precision and recommend their services.

I would’ve given 5 stars except for having to deal with a call center to get to a local office. I had to speak to 3 different people using the 800 number…..they were clueless until I finally got to my local office to book an appointment for maintenance.

Tyler Soni and his Assistant were here at my house Right On Time this morning and Serviced Both of my Garage Doors Quickly and with Care for my Household! They tightened up my Springs on both doors and Lubricated the Rollers which were beginning to squeak a little after having both doors installed in April of 2025. I had an issue with my garage door remote not working on a consistent basis. Precision was extremely quick with their response and appointment time. Customer service was top notch. When the tech arrived, I thought I was going to get a hard sell to buy all new motors and equipment. But the tech was kind and courteous as he explained it was an issue with the LED lightbulbs I was using. How refreshing it is to deal with a company that is not trying to oversell something that is not needed. I rarely write review but I had to based on how impressed I was with my experience. When my garage door openers do finally give out, I will definitely be using Precision. Highly recommend!
